We are introducing a new
promotion badge to inform customers of the
promotions at each restaurant. This will be
displayed by selecting the promotion percentage
that has the greatest appeal to customers. This
promotion badge can also be used for packages
that have multiple pricing options. (available
on All You Can Eat, Party Pack and Xperience)

Loyalty and
Offer on Singapore Restaurant
|
Singapore users can now
take advantage of the loyalty program's
benefits, utilizing vouchers and points
earned through booking and reviews. The
promo code has been updated to utilize the
decimal price, which accurately calculates
all cents.

We have added color coding to
represent different statuses in the allotment
management page on the partner portal. The new
yellow color indicates specific conditions.

The owner is now able to
create and edit bookings with add-ons on the
partner portal. They can also view add-ons
on the package report on the partner portal.
The add-on can now be priced separately for
children.

We are proud to announce
our new integration with Dianping. The Hungryhub
package can be booked by users on the Dianping
platform. Contact our team to learn more about
integrating your restaurant with Dianping.

We are introducing a new
feature, "come more pay less," for the party
pack. Restaurants can now offer more
affordable promotions for their party pack
packages, emphasizing the concept of "Get
More, Pay Less" when promoting the packages.

We launch new feature Booking
Without Package, user now can book the
restaurant seat without choosing the package and
the payment option only pay onsite. You can
create the booking without package from partner
portal.

To
improve the user experience and make these
benefits more visible, we are adding a
dedicated Benefits section
to the package detail page. This section
will clearly show any additional benefits
that come with a package. Our company offers
two types of benefits:
Extra
Benefit: This is for perks
beyond what's offered in-store, such as an
additional drink per person.
Exclusive: refers to
packages that are only available on Hungry
Hub and not sold at the restaurant directly.

To enhance user engagement and
promote mobile app usage, we’ve updated our
promotional offer policies on the website.
Moving forward, only restaurant-subsidized
vouchers will be accepted on the website, while
gift card redemptions and platform-subsidized
vouchers will be available exclusively through
the Hungry Hub mobile app. To support this
transition, we’ve added a banner announcement
and updated the wording across both desktop and
mobile versions of the website to clearly
communicate these changes.
